“Claire’s Welfare Reform Workshop has given a wide range of staff an excellent understanding of the challenges we are about to face in the sector, and more importantly the workshop developed a number of practical measures we are now considering, aimed at keeping people in their homes, and maintaining our income. I’m sure we will want her back as the reforms are being introduced.”
