LIN trainer Claire Turner is the lead consultant and Director of Landlord Information Network, and has worked within the housing benefit system for over 26 years - holding a number of senior posts, including housing benefit manager, rent recovery manager and head of network services at the largest stand-alone housing consultancy in the UK. Claire’s Welfare Reform, Universal Credit, HB Direct, Under-occupation & DHP workshops will elevate your staff’s understanding of the impact of welfare reform to help them minimise the impact of key changes taking place. 

LIN trainer Peter Hall is the Director of PHHS, and is an experienced former Housing Association Operations Director with a track record of over 20 years working across the sector developing innovative services, policies and strategies and helping organisations with strategic responses to change. Peter will bring clarity and focus to the strategic and operational changes which will inevitably be needed to prepare for and survive welfare reform – including structures, systems, policies and strategies.
